Anima

L'objet de l'association Anima Europae est de :

- Faire connaître les institutions, le fonctionnement, les réalisations de l'UE, en des termes compréhensibles par tous ; 

- Critiquer les dysfonctionnements de l'UE ou les politiques suivies qui nous semblent contraires à l'intérêt des peuples européens ;

- Promouvoir l'identité européenne qui unie les états membres de l'UE et les identités locales spécifiques qui en font sa richesse ^{(1) (2)} ;

- Proposer des orientations pour la construction européenne en conformité avec nos conceptions de l'Europe.

Nous concevons l'Union de l'Europe selon les grandes lignes suivantes :

- L'Europe est unie par un triple héritage commun : l'héritage chrétien, l'héritage grec, l'héritage romain. Ce triple héritage représente les fondements de l'Union ⁽³⁾. 
- L'Europe géographique est un appendice occidental de l’Asie ; l'UE doit avoir des frontières claires ^{(4) (4b) (4c) (4d) (4e)} 
- L'Europe est unie par des valeurs fondamentales. Ces valeurs sont au nombre de quatre : Dignité, Liberté, Egalité, Solidarité. Ces valeurs se traduisent par des droits fondamentaux, auxquels s'ajoutent le droit à la Citoyenneté, le droit à la Justice. Ils sont décrits dans la Charte des Droits fondamentaux de l'Union Européenne. ⁽⁵⁾ 
- L'Europe est européenne ^{(6) (6b) (6c) (6d) (6e)}

Considérant que l'UE ne doit pas être figée dans son état actuel mais doit être améliorée, nous pensons qu'une évolution est nécessaire. Nous souhaitons une Europe plus politique et moins économique. Nous nous intéressons à trois types d'évolution :

- Une Europe des « cercles », à différents niveaux d'intégration selon la proximité socio-économique et la volonté des pays. ^{(7) (8) (9) (10) (11) (12) (13)} , dont le coeur pourrait être une Europe fédérale ^(13b)    
- Une Confédération Européenne. Le modèle de la Confédération Helvétique pourrait servir de base à une Europe Confédérée. ^{(14) (15) (15b)} 
- Une Union Paneuropéenne. Cette Union est « attachée au patriotisme européen, couronnement des identités nationales de tous les Européens ». Elle « reconnaît l'auto-détermination des peuples et le droit des groupes ethniques au développement culturel, économique et politique. ». Pour l'UPE, « le christianisme est l'âme de l'Europe ». ⁽¹⁶⁾

Anima Europae n'a pas vocation à être uniquement un cercle de réflexion. Nous considérons que «l'Europe ne se fera pas d'un coup, ni dans une construction d'ensemble: elle se fera par des réalisations concrètes créant d'abord une solidarité de fait.» (Robert Schuman). Or, nous constatons que l'Europe théorique est plus avancée que l'Europe des réalisations concrètes. C'est pourquoi, nous souhaitons qu'Anima Europae soit aussi un cercle d'action.

Anima001: Object of the association

Objects of the association Anima Europae are:

• Popularize the institutions, activity, achievements of the EU in terms understandable for everybody;
• Criticize the dysfunction of the EU or its policy that seem contrary to the interests of the European peoples;
• Promote and preserve the European identity, national identity, local identity of the European peoples¹²;
• Propose guidelines for the European integration in accordance with our conceptions of Europe.

We understand the European Union under the following features:

• Europe is united by a common triple heritage: the Christian heritage, the Greek heritage, the Roman heritage. This triple heritage represents the grounds of the Union³;
• Geographical Europe is a western appendage of Asia; the EU should have clear boundaries⁴;
• Europe is united by core values. These are four values: Dignity, Freedom, Equality and Solidarity. These values ​​are reflected in fundamental rights, plus the Citizenship right, the Justice right. They are described in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union⁵;
• Europe is European.

Considering that the EU should not be frozen in its current state but should be improved, we believe that evolution is necessary. We want more political and less economic Europe. We are interested in three types of evolution:

• Europe of "circles", at different levels of integration depending on the socio-economic proximity and willingness of countries;
• The European Confederation. The model of the Swiss Confederation could serve as the basis for a Confederate Europe;
• Pan-European Union. This Union is "devoted to the European patriotism, crowned by national identities of all Europeans." It "recognizes the self-determination for peoples and the right of ethnic groups to the cultural, economic and political development". For the PEU, "Christianity is the soul of Europe".

Anima Europae doesn’t have vocation to be only a think tank. We consider that “Europe won’t be built at once nor by common construction: it will be built by concrete achievements but first of all by creating a de facto solidarity.” (Robert Schuman). However, we state that theoretical Europe is more advanced than Europe of concrete achievements. That is why we want Anima Europae to be also a circle of action.

Мета асоціації Anima Europae полягає в наступному:

Вважаючи, що ЄС не повинен залишатися незмінним, яким він є зараз, а розвиватися, ми думаємо, що еволюція необхідна. Ми хочемо більш політичну і менш економічну Європу. Ми зацікавлені у трьох типах еволюції:

• Європа різних «об’єднань», на різних рівнях інтеграції в залежності від соціально-економічної близькості та волі країн;
• Європейська Конфедерація. Модель Швейцарської Конфедерації може стати базою для Конфедеративної Європи;

Anima Europae не є лише клубом для роздумів.
